She is the best I got infection and almost for 2-3 months fix something damage something else with med but she so sweet listen to me answer my email and take care of me she is the best most important she is still laugh with me make me strong thank you dr Michelle ??????

She's the absolute best. Always listens to your concerns, answers all your questions. Very prompt and responsive to emails via mychart and scheduling appointments is pretty easy to do online as a re-occurring patient of hers. Highly recommend.

You cannot make an appointment to see her. She cancelled our children's appointments because she did not want to do them back to back after waiting three months to see her. She has no slots for same day urgent care appointments and we were told to see an urgent care clinic for small matters. I did not want my children seeing a new doctor for every small ailment. The appointments are so far out not worth the trouble.

She is wonderful. Promptly contacts me about new test results. She diagnosed me and began treatment right away, and I feel so much better. I have referred others to her.

Dr. Kauffman is amazing! Very personable and doesn't give off that doctor feel. It feels like I am talking to a normal person, which makes it easier for me to explain my concerns and understand what she recommends. It is a very comfortable experience
