Not caring
This is probably not unusual when it comes to medical staff, but, in this case, you get a real sense that this individual doesn't care about you: you're always a complete stranger, visits cannot be shorter, your old (non-medical) information is not updated. I simply could not tell if I should trust, or not, the medical care. I tend to trust people, the location was ok, and I like continuity, but perhaps one should compare options.

Dr.Higginson is very competent. She is most often correct in her diagnosis.Once she told me I had rosea and I did not.Her waiting room was hot and caused my face to be somewhat flush.I think she has done well in all my other visits. Her secretarial staff is most annoying. One person calls and a few days later another. They need to make only one call. Also the new automated system called me 5 times in March.I had already responded to their first call. This needs to be fixed.

Dr. Higginson and the entire staff are caring and efficient. Recently I had a Basal Cell cancer removed by Dr. Higginson with her attending Nurse Tracee. They made me completely relaxed and at ease - the surgery was over before I realized. My sincere thanks to both.

Dr. Higginson has provided me with exceptional skin care over the past 20 years, giving me thorough examinations in light of my experience with melanoma many years ago. With my Irish ancestry, I have literally hundreds of spots on my skin, but Dr. Higginson always knows which ones to treat and which are harmless. She's the best.
