I was immediately greeted by a friendly office assistant and asked to step into the back area and put into a room to await Dr. Fiorillo. As always, she came in and greeted me with her warm and friendly smile. I felt very comfortable. She spent a lot of time with me to make sure that she had checked me thoroughly and answered all my questions. Dr. Fiorillo then took me to another room where I had my lab results taken by a member of her staff. Everyone was friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Before I left the original office assistant explained how I could access my records in the Health Portal. I did not have any waiting time. Dr. Fiorillo is a wonderful and caring doctor who puts her patients first. I highly recommend Dr. Fiorillo.

I saw Dr. Fiorillo for an appointment five days after a physical to discuss insomnia. After Dr. Fiorello took my money for co-pay, she sent me on my way alleging she would call in a prescription. Have been waiting 4 weeks for a prescription. Doctor and Office Manager refuse to return phone call. Worst Doctor I have ever encountered in my life. Completely unprofessional and too afraid to take accountability for his lack of action.

Great doctor! Quick visits, but thorough. Makes me feel like an old friend when I see her for my annual visits.
