I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time. A medical student asked me the exact same questions that I answered on the mandatory medical forms so clearly she did not read them. I saw Dr. Cleeves for a total of 7 minutes, which entailed answering similar questions that her medical student asked. I waited another 45 minutes for a prescription that my insurance company does not honor. My pharmacy has been trying to contact her for a month, in addition to myself and she has not responded.
