Dr Bowman sent me through intense tests and told me that at month end, there would be a meeting of her entire dept and a diagnosis would be given to me. Before that meeting took place, she gave me a diagnosis of leukodystrophy and instructed me to take my family to counseling, start PT so that I would be able to walk. It was more or less a death sentence. I began looking for a place that would assist me with a suicide. After 3 weeks she called me to inform me that that was an incorrect diagnosis. This was traumatic for me and my family. Poor judgement on her part and she didn’t wait for the meeting before she gave me the diagnosis.

Dr Bowman is so knowledgeable! She keeps up to date on latest treatments. She takes her time and listens to me on every visit. I trust her guidance and care so much that although I moved to Columbus, I drive back to Cincinnati to see her for my care. She offers practical solutions as well as innovative ones in the treatment of my MS.
