Rushed, not caring, blunt to the extend of rude
Not a great, very first, experience with an dermatologist.Daughter, (college freshman with dreams of medical field) was told if she doesn’t try harder to get her dry skin under control she would never be permitted in patient care ….. who says that to a young passionate student seeking help? Not going back. We were told appointments are 15mins long, she was in the room maybe 4 minutes.cant wait for the bill.

Impressed on first visit
I've only had an initial visit, but I did not see any sign of her being rushed like some report in reviews. She carefully looked over my psoriasis symptoms and immediately identified that one of the sites was likely something else - and she presecribed treatment for it for diagnostic purposes and wants to follow up on the effectiveness. She was very investigative and thorough. Very pleasant.

Very caring
She took time to listen to me even more so than my primary care physician. She was quick and knowledgeable, and this is my third visit to her and I recommend her to everybody.

I do not like to leave a negative review for anyone, but I must agree with some of the other reviewers. I cannot recommend this doctor. She was rushed. She became rude and arrogant when I asked questions about treatment. I will seek care elsewhere as I no longer have confidence in her care.

Very expensive, won't accept the insurance rates, charged more than double what my EOB said I would owe. Horrible doctor.

My visit seemed rushed for a new patient. I got the impression she just wanted to get in and out. She didn’t seem caring. She wanted a separate appointment for each skin issue. I left the office feeling sad and disappointed.

I never leave reviews. Good or bad. But I left this office and immediately cried and I wanted people to know to not waste their time and energy coming to this doctor’s office. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist sounded like she could fall asleep and didn’t care about me or her job. I was hoping that wouldn’t be reflective of the office she represents. However, everyone at the office felt cold and inconsiderate. Especially Dr. Thompson. It felt like she didn’t want to hear wha

I have had a great experience with Dr. Thompson. She has helped me during a period of suffering from very painful cysts. I was able to get scheduled to see her quickly and she was able to treat them the same day; which provided a great relief. She was very thorough with her explanation of the issue as well as my different options of handling the situation. If you are looking for a thorough doctor who knows their stuff I highly recommend Dr. Michele Thompson.

Only one star because zero stars was not an option! Dr. Thompson is the most arrogant and condescending medical professional I have ever come across. First, always running behind schedule. I once made a comment about this lack of timeliness to the receptionist after sitting in the waiting room for 20+ minutes without anyone saying anything to me. Later I was told by Dr. Thompson that I had “given attitude” to her staff and that I had anger issues! Second, her tone and attitude both come off

Rude and charged me for an office visit after meeting with me for 5 minutes where no services or medical advice were given. Only offered to charge me cash to have treatment (I have insurance) in a separate visit and when stated the price laughed and said that she is 'expensive'.

Told me I had a skin issue because I was overweight. When I researched it online it said nothing about being overweight as a cause. The medication she prescribed did not work. When I called the office to tell her this, her medical assistant never called back. Would not recommend her to anyone.
