Dr. Michele Candelore, DO

Dr. Candelore is terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative and with her over 20 years experience I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. I continue seeing her for my monitoring and well being. Very impressed with my overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Doctor is very professional and very caring in treatment.

I had two visits, in 2022, with Dr. Candelore and found it odd that she asks a lot of questions and typed on her laptop but spends no time doing all the checks a primary doctor should do. I never received an EKG, nor did I get the basic checks like ears, norse, throat etc. that you would expect from a primary care doctor. Well, with this lack of the basics, Dr. Candelore missed the fact I had a heart murmur, which was found by my ophthalmologist! I was later diagnosed with a mitral valve prolapse with regeritation which required surgery. Needless to say Dr. Candelore is no longer part of my care team!

I have been a patient of Dr. C's since early 2000's. She spends time with you. I highly recommend her

She is very friendly. She is willing to answer any questions you may have. She's sort of an acquired taste, but I personally love her personality. The only problem I have is I wish she had a better support staff. The nurses that I have to deal with when I go to my appointments are pretty rude and unprofessional. I feel like I don't get taken seriously and that I am not a priority. Which is frustrating. This occurs almost every visit and even over the phone. The front office staff is friendly, but there's definitely not great communication between them and the nurses in the back.

Excellent scheduling, office staff, and care. Very good bedside manner. Quick and accurate diagnosis. Highly recommend Dr. Candelore.

Dr. Candelore & staff have always been helpful, professional and thorough. Both my husband and myself have been seeing her for many years and she has found treatment that has worked well-she is very caring and personable. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Friendly and caring works both ways...we have seen very difficult people who did not treat the staff with courtesy or kindness.

You will notice most good reviews are left from over a year ago. That is because the service and quality of care has gone down hill tremendously. To the point I feel the need to take my situation to legal counsel. Just as the below review reads "felt private medical concerns were discussed amongst office", oh it is. Ironic who once was a local office and staff now too big for their pants, way to grow in a humble way. PPC the monopoly trumps your service as a doctor as well as nurse staff.

The doctor is very nice but overworked apparently. Very difficult to get an appointment. If you are sick or have something other than a general health issue, you won't be seen for over a week and that is after the snowbirds have gone. The staff is definitely lacking in customer service, competence and basic compassion. As much as I like the doctor I am leaving the practice to find another one.

Experiences with this care provider have been extremely negative. Her and staff are extremely rude and I have a notion that medical information of patients is dicussed. Do not waste your time with Dr. Candelore.

My wife and I have been using Dr. Candelore as our Primary Doctor for 13 years now. She and her staff are very kind and caring. She is also a Wonderful Doctor.

Both Dr Candelore and PA Melissa are both excellent at listening and working with patients concerning health issues. Both will make referrals to specialists as deemed necessary. A couple times when I was sick it was difficult to get an appointment but that is my only complaint and the Dr was not aware of those situations. For the most part the staff is friendly and helpful .
