Work Compensation and leg injury
Doctor Michele is very experienced and knowledgeable of her expertise. Given me information that I never even thought about. You can not buy 32 years of experiences, plus, working in Sonoma and San Francisco ( Chinatown). Dr. Michele is a needle in a hay stack (extremely rare).

Very rude and dismissive of patient’s concerns
Michele was very rude from the moment she entered the room. She was dismissive of our questions and concerns and would not answer questions directly. I had to ask the same question THREE time before she gave us a straight answer. She rolled her eyes and had a very unpleasant tone. This interaction quite literally triggered a fight or flight instinct as I felt she was practically trying to gaslight me out of my concern. After the visit, while waiting in the lobby for final paperwork she decided to come out and further discuss our concern in the Lobby, FULL OF PEOPLE, and again did so very rudely. A medical professional should be compassionate, informative, and take their patients’ concerns seriously and with grace… all of which Michele did not do. I left this appointment feeling very disheartened and untrusting of the medical institution she is apart of. I would NEVER want to encounter her in a medical office ever again!
