If I could give a zero, I would. She let my spouse go weeks after diagnosis (cancer) without a treatment plan. Her and her assistant will delinquent with communication and follow through, which included scheduled appointments and voicemail messages. This also included not communicating with other medical personnel on my spouse’s medical team. “I’ll call you on ___”, meant never. Their disregard and lack of empathy were the worst we’ve encountered from ANY medical professional. Unprofessional is the easiest way to describe them and feeling hopeless is the hardest, but both are accurate.

As always Dr. Babicky was kind, compassionate, extremely approachable and took as much time as I needed to ask questions and gave complete, unhurried responses. I have NEVER felt rushed or that I was asking too many questions. She goes out of her way to explain what is happening and shows me the images and explains what I'm looking at. She really cares.
