I’ve had excellent care from Doctor Stephen’s for 20 years.. He listens, caring and takes the time with you.. Office staff has always been efficient and very little wait time.

Great doctor, bad office staff
I love Dr. Stephens. He listens and is compassionate and responsive. However, since the office became part of a larger medical organization, the office staff has gone downhill. I have had to wait months to get prior authorizations for medication because the staff makes multiple mistakes. The staff no longer is as friendly and familiar as they used to be. I gave 4 stars for Dr. Stephens but the office gets zero.

Always pleasant, helpful shows real caring
Has seen me several times as well as my parents. Never ever judged any of us and treated all of us professionally. Really cares about his patients.

First visit with office yesterday. Physician and staff very engaging and compassionate with the patient and caregivers. Physician well prepared for visit before entering room. Sets reasonable goals for geriatric patients. Dr. Stephens very engaging with the patient. Staff, including receptionist, nurses and physicians truly enjoy their work.
