I am so thankful I was referred to Dr Michaella Prasad! She is very compassionate, thorough and kind. She recently performed an operation on my 8 month old son and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr Prasad and her team took amazing care of him (and even of me, his anxious mom). She answered every question I had leading up to the operation, after, and during his recovery. Dr Prasad and team are truly amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatric urologist. You and your little one will be in great hands.

Misdiagnosed
While she had a lovely bedside manner she missed my son's occult tethered cord diagnosis. Occult tethered cord and tethered cord should always be considered for urology dysfunction. Missed conditions, delays in treatment has consequences. Unfortunately, the patients and caregivers bare the consequences.

Dr. Prasad is an excellent doctor, she performed a very successful surgery on my 1 year old. At both the initial and follow up visits Dr. Prasad and her staff are always great with my toddler.

Brought my son to be circumcised. Called the office and told them my insurance details and requested the cost of the procedure. They called me back and told me there was a $50 copay. I confirmed that was my total cost, prior to scheduling the appointment and again in the office at time of procedure. I was invoiced for over $400 and the Office Manager Cathy was adamant that it was my fault for not contacting my insurance company prior to the procedure. It seems like this doctor’s office is m
