Dr Zachar is the best! Everyone in his office is caring and polite. Dr Zachar is unbelievable!!!!! I could not even feel the anesthesia ! the extraction was done in now time and no complications. I definitely recommend him !

I thought I had found a good oral surgeon. However I had 2 implants fail. I don't even blame Dr Thacker for those but he certainly he blamed me. He wouldn't even give me a referral to a regular dentist, his office blew me off after 4 requests. As it turns out I found my own dental group and the dentist there is great friends with Dr. Thacker. I know that Dr Thacker gave negative information about me to him and another dentist in the group. Again, blaming me. I believe my implants may had gone wrong because I had cancer at the time or maybe even because I had Covid. Dr. Thacker said no and obviously without saying, blamed me. Dr Thacker is certainly not a gentle Surgeon, he's pretty rough when doing surgery and doesn't explain what he's doing. Big turnover in staff as well. Also he claimed that I was smoking at the time and I wasn't. I just want to be done with this office and put it all behind me. I prepaid for my implants and want my money back.

I literally hoped the world would end before I had to have Molars pulled. Dr Z and staff knocked it out of the park. Thank you!

Awesome, awesome!!! Dr. Zachar and his staff are simply amazing . I had two implants done . Such amazing work .Make you feel so at home and relaxed at all time .Highly recommend him and his staff to anyone that needs any kind of oral surgery done !

I went to Dr. Zachar for a tooth extraction. It was my first and hopefully only extraction. He was cordial, incredibly informative, and guided me through the process thoroughly. He was fast and incredibly gentle. The extraction was painless and easy. My after surgery care has been easy and uneventful. I have had no residual pain and am healing well. I highly recommend him.....great work!

I had the pleasure this morning of being one of Dr. Zachar’s patients. Once of the best dental experiences in my life – and I’ve had many. The office is lovely, staff really friendly, and Dr. Zachar explained everything that he was doing, in a way I could understand. He was gentle and made sure I was comfortable at each point during the surgery. He would tell me what to expect before he did it, which let me be more relaxed than I would otherwise. On 9 January 2017, Dr. Michael Zachar performed excellently in lifting my sinus, grafting bone, and preparing my jawbone for my first greatly-needed implant. Four months later on 3 May 2017, he inspected his work, which was fine, and installed the implant metal post into my jawbone. In June 2017, a crown will be installed allowing me to resume chewing with my right teeth. He operated on me at the USAF Academy Medical Clinic (formerly called the Hospital). Excellent surgeon. Dr Zachar and his team have provided the best care. Dental work is normally stressful; but I have full trust in his ability- which makes it easier. The atmosphere is always friendly and they go out of their way to help with any situation that may arise.

Dr. Zachar is a phenomenal surgeon. He performed a BSSO and genioplasty on me. He always listened and thoroughly answered all of my questions and put me at ease. He was absolutely professional through this entire process, and my results are truly amazing. Extremely professional and well executed care. He did a wonderful job on a scar revision surgery, which required reopening a facial laceration and restitching. It was effortless, painless, and delightfully quick.
