Didn’t like how he spoke with my teenager
I didn’t like how Dr Williams spoke with my teenager or me so we haven’t been back. Not the right fit for our family.

Saw Dr. Williams CNP instead of doctor
My sister saw Dr. Williams's CNP for her first visit. This was something we felt was not appropriate. The first visit should always be with a doctor. This CNP did not listen to any concerns my sister had, did not listen to my sister's home care, talked over my sister, and spoke only to her niece. Ordered tests that had been taken less than a month earlier at the hospital. My sister though handicapped and elderly refuses to see this doctor. We called after the first visit and informed them we were canceling all further visits but still got a letter stating the doctor was " dropping" her as a patient because of "missed appointments ". Big disconnect between patient and staff and front desk and the medical staff.

Dr. Williams is mine and my family’s primary care physician. He treats everything from our colds and flu to hypertension. He has diagnosed complicated fractures and ligament tears for my children, and manages our overall medical care with our annual checkups and lab work. He is extremely professional and thorough; spends as much time as needed to listen and explain. His staff is very friendly and helpful. Nurse call are answered in a timely manner. I will continue to recommend Dr. Williams.

Dr. Williams has been my primary care Dr. for the last 15 years and has never in all that time has he made me feel like my problems were not important to him. He has always taken the time to explain the what and why he was changing or adding something to my care. Dr. Williams will be the one I have and will always recommend to any one looking for a Doctor who is caring and one that's treats his patients like you would like to be treated.

I am more than happy to say that after I saw Dr. Wiliams for the first time, I knew he was going to be my primary doctor for as long as he's practicing. He is the FIRST doctor in many years who didn't rush through my appointment. He took the time to ask me questions and vice versa. He did a thorough exam and blood work. He has since worked with me through several complications and never once did I feel like he didn't care. He is a great doctor who cares about his patients.

Dr. Williams is great! Best doctor I have found since my primary care physician retired and I will stay with him until he does the same. He listens to all of my concerns and answers any questions I have. I don't feel rushed or unimportant as previous doctors have made me feel. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Doctor to see him!
