Rude, Uncaring, and Frustrating
My mother was there several times over the winter and early spring. The staff seemed nice enough. She had a stress test and they said she needed to have a cardiac catheterization. It took a couple of weeks for Humana to approve the procedure. They scheduled it and then called her and said they needed to postpone due to staffing issues. It's been five weeks since it was originally scheduled. I have called once a week for the past three weeks and left a message. They won't even call back. So frustrating, rude, and uncaring.

Not pleased. First went in January. Had lab work, various tests etc. had visits between then and early June. Still have my problem. Won’t use NRH for cardiology again.
