I had my surgery over a year ago and I’m down 49 pounds . The visits were good and the surgery went great .

my first time visiting Dr. Trahan and I couldn't see him because his staff at the front office. They were really rude and I don't think this office is a professional and my experience with them was really bad. I had arrived at the appointment time that it was on 11 424 at 11 o'clock, and I brought my ID card and my insurance card and the staff they were really rude. Specially the girl in the front desk and I spoke to the Doctor assistant nurse and she was rude as well and I asked to speak to Dr. Trahan or manager, they refuse to let me talk to her because, they said that they're not available and I wasted my whole day. I was waiting for about two weeks to see the surgeon and I couldn't see him and it's really really really sad because I've been with the UT physician for the longest time and I've been I have all my prescription and medication on the chart and they refuse to pull it out from my chart and I think that place not good place to do business with them or to see doctors because then making the doctor name really bad I don't know about the doctor if he's bad or not, but as far as that office at that location, 11 920 Boulevard Suite 460 that's a really really bad place to conduct medical business. I think Dr. Tehran or whoever doctor in that location should move to a different location or they should take care of their staff and send them back to school to re-educate them to how they should treat Patient because really we're the one in the pain and we're the one suffering or waiting for appointments and the front desk. Doctor Office always have to make mistake and make the doctor name bad so they should pay attention to who they hire in the front office. would I recommend that place to anybody? I would not recommend that place to nobody. That's a really really bad place to go to unless they have to do something about their staff, send them back to school again or have them take some classes to take care of their patients that's all I have to say for right now. If there is any update, I will be glad to put it again. Thank you.

I highly recommend Dr Trahan. I had surgery in 2021 and am very happy with my results. Excellent bed side manners!

Post op one year lost 100 lbs thanks to Dr. Trahan’s care and guidance. Great bedside manner and very thorough.
