The absolute worst
He’s very lazy, very arrogant, incredibly rude. When I suggested he should screen me for something I would later go on to be diagnosed with he laughed and without looking away from his computer screen he stated that I didn’t have that-without an exam. He also didn’t mind calling me a waste of time and defended his colleague who had me misdiagnosed and treated me improperly for 10 years.

One of the worst Aurora doctors I have ever encountered! Extremely arrogant, ignorant, condescending, rude and disrespectful! Shows zero compassion. Insulted NP's, saying they only have 13% intelligence compared to doctors. Challenging my top notch national healthcare team's diagnosis and treatment. Behaves like he knows everything about my Autonomic Disorders when he clearly doesn't know anything especially how debilitating and disabling it is. Showed zero interest on what I had to say or helping for that matter. FYI, I saw him in Green Bay, Wi at Aurora. Apparently he travels here a few times out of the year. In my opinion, this man needs to RETIRE completely. People stay far away from this doctor!

He has retired. Unfortunately for me. He was a fantastic diagnostician. I was very disappointed when he retired. It's hard to find the right fit with doctors.

Use to think the world of him till I just found out he closed his office permanently and never bothered to tell his patients. He closed on 6/4/2018. I had an appointment scheduled and never got a letter or a call. I have been seeing him since 2010. I have no medical records for my past 8 years. Nothing. They said they sent that you could access them through a portal if you had an existing account or your primary care physician will be sent them. They do not have them either. So I am screwed.

Dr. Stack has saved my life. I have been going to him for almost 20 years and have been in remission for a very long time. Yes I have heard others speak of his bedside manner in a negative way but I personally like his straight forward and honest approach. He is a very smart Doctor and I feel very lucky to have him.

My first appointment was unimpressive to say the least. The front desk staff and nurse were unprofessional and unfriendly. After filling out new patient paperwork I met with Dr. Stack in the room. I won’t deny that he is knowledgeable, but he has a lack of social skills & clearly didn’t read my paperwork. My second appointment was even worse & he was rude & dismissive.. I told him I was going to find a different rheumatologist, he was flippant and angry. I don’t recommend the office staff or Dr

I have been a patient for 25 years. He is very direct so if you are looking for someone to hold your hand offer unnecessary platitudes this is not your guy. If you want the best medical treatment and chance at full remission this the place. He has aggressively treated my RA and after 25 years, I am in remission with no visible deformities or restrictions on activities. Can't ask for more.....

He is full of himself. Talked badly about the referring NP. He recklessly changed all of my husband's medications which thrusted him into a flare up. When we called to ask what to do about the pain and suffering, he never called back. Staff is completely rude. Talking about patients in front of us. Then they gave me another patient's prescriptions!! I wasn't even a patient there!!

Results. This is why I would recommend Dr. Stack. We go to doctors presumably because we want to be healed. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis about 6 years ago. I was in chronic pain, exhausted and discouraged. Dr. Stack treated the RA aggressively, and treated me compassionately. Always his goal was to see healing. Today the RA is gone! If you want good medicine, Dr. Stack is it.

I was hoping to meet a collaborative medical genius. Instead, I met a rushed, non collaborative Physician who made poor jokes at my expense, and who didn't understand at all what people with certain autoimmune diseases really are going through at all. He gave me a general diagnosis that my physical therapist could have given. He didn't even sit down and take a full report or have a conversation. No wonder he was quick to get into. I ended up crying, and he didn't even offer the tissues near by.

I went to Dr Stack yesterday, 4/25/16, for my first visit for an Autoimmune Disease. I was a bit worried because someone had given a negative review but PLEASE do not believe everything you read on reviews! He took a great deal of time talking and explaining everything tho me. He felt like a Dr. I had been going to for many years, very understanding, caring and concerned about how I was feeling. He seemed to understand all my symptoms and stated let's get you to feeling better soon!

Very intelligent man. My concern was over long delay in nurse responding to calls. I made a few phone calls to nurse due to concerns of side effects of meds and other problems with very poor/abrupt response from staff. Took 30 days for response to lab values.
