Billing process was horrendous
I went in for a minor procedure and was not ever told how much it was going to cost. They told me not to pay on the day of procedure and to just run it through insurance. I agreed and then got a bill for nearly $1200! Terrible customer service. Terrible billing practices. Although Dr Snyder was completely professional and very helpful, I will never ever go to this practice again given the way they handled medical billing. Shameful.

Do not go to this doctor
Dr Snyder and his male resident Dr Affleck are both useless men who don’t listen to their patients or communicate what they are doing. My wife is going on the third time having to come back to his office post-op for stitches that he didn’t believe were there because he kept insisting that they were dissolvable. They also tried to send her home one day post op even though she couldn’t stand or stop vomiting. She is in so much pain and the only thing he keeps telling me is “it will heal” exactly like all the other complaints I’ve seen on his page. And when I asked his resident what she could take for the pain he said “I’m not going to be prescribing narcotics” what?!? We never asked that. We asked what could be taken for the immense amount of pain she’s feeling. I am taking her to get a second opinion and reporting him and his team to the medical board

5 months after my surgery Dr Snyder finally released me. Up till then he had me return every 2 weeks and never did decide what was wrong. I'm worse off now than before my surgery. I would not recommend Dr. Snyder to anyone.

Dr. Snyder has poor bedside manner in that he made no conversation what so ever before he examined a very private part of my body. When I asked a question he spoke in a condescending fashion using a curt tone of voice and highly scientific words. He appeared to be upset that had asked the question in the first place.
