First time seeing Dr. silver .. I was a nervous wreck .. his nurse was so nice and when the doc came into the room he was so personable and cheery he immediately put me at ease .. he explained everything and I felt that I was in great hands .. highly recommend

We were his patients for over 20 years. He seemed to be our friend during that time and was generally available when needed. We moved away. My spouse then developed cancer and we contacted him for his advice and counsel. He was indifferent to our fears and concerns giving us no advice or counsel. It is inexplicable how a physician who treated us for over 20 years be so cold and uninvolved in the health crisis we now face.

Absolutely horrible experience! I've scheduled my annual physical appointment a few weeks in advance with Westmed. I was referred to this doctor as my new primary care physician. I've called the office multiple times to confirm my appointment and I was instructed not to eat for 6 hours prior to it (3:15 PM), so the tests can be taken. I've also informed the office that one of the reasons for the appointment is an abnormally high blood pressure I've had lately. 30 minutes before the appointment I got a call from the doctor's assistant asking me the reason for my upcoming visit. She informed me that Dr. Silver doesn't accept any new patients. When I replied with my disappointment, she told me that a Manager will give me a call later. Which has never happened. I don't know who dropped the ball in this situation, but this is absolutely unacceptable!

Prescribed stress test; however, sent other doctor to oversee stress test!? Should get act together and make sure doctor who prescribed “oversees”! Caring ........or just a number????
