I had a procedure done a few years ago and had a horrible experience. I ended up in the hospital for many days due to a poor wisdom tooth extraction that Dr. Shnayder performed. The staff was not friendly and refused to answers our questions when I was very sick with a horrible infection that almost turned septic. If I did not take it upon myself to go to the ER it would have led to even worst complications. Shnayder tried to fix his mistake but made it worse. Please do not send your loved one here.

I’m a 22 year old wimp who was SO scared before getting my wisdom teeth out I was crying. I asked a ton of questions and they were honest, caring and made me feel so much better before the procedure. Everything went smooth and I couldn’t stop laughing after the produce because it was so silly to worry. They did a GREAT job and even checked on me a few hours after my appointment. Fabulous staff.

So far, they have exceeded our expectations. We were able to fill out documents online before the visit. We were greeted warmly when we arrived. Wait time was short. The oral surgery assistant explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, using the x-ray image. The doctor was knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with the upcoming surgery.

I would highly recommend Village Pointe Oral Surgery to everybody! The staff is super friendly and welcoming and Dr.Shnayder is amazing. They made time for me to have surgery the same day I called. They are all kind and have a sense of humor which helps greatly if your nervous at all. They stay in close contact with you to make sure you are doing well or have any questions. Too many positive things to write everything down. They are all around just a fantastic crew!!

My daughter was naturally nervous about the surgery but Dr. Shnayder and his staff patiently answered all of her questions and really made her feel better about the whole thing. It was quick and painless and her recovery has been amazing. The next day we caught a matinee and she didn’t have any pain at all. I very highly recommend Dr. Shnayder.
