Dr Shapiro is an excellent doctor! I have seen him for years with asthma! He is very caring and respectful. He is the best in his specialty! He is quick to follow up needs, as well.

Office staff very rude and short. I was told to bring cpap then told I didn’t need to bring it and needed chest X-ray. Well of course I didn’t have one because I was not told that before I showed up. Wasted entire afternoon because of poor communication from office staff. Would be nice to talk to the Dr about his staff.

I have been to many St. Vincent physician, this is the first doctor whom I was shock at the way the doctor (Shapiro) treated my father. I will never return to him. I see other doctors in this practice, but the way we were treated by this particular doctor was horrific.
