Mike has been my doctor for many years. I have seen him for annual physicals, muscular/skeletal problems, and issues such as GERD for which he has referred me to the appropriate specialists. I've always found him knowledgeable and responsive as well as flexible in his approach to solutions. I recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Settecase is my mom's primary physician. He used to be my doctor. To me, I am baffled as to how he could get less than a rating of 5. This man is kind, he listens to his patients, & is always willing to answer questions. When I was younger, if it hadn't been for him, I may have bled to death from a rare disorder acquired through Mononucleosis. He is sharp, open-minded & an incredible physician!

Office is unresponsive. Put on hold twice for 20 minutes waiting to leave message for clinical staff. Left two messages 24 hours ago and have yet to hear back from staff. Saw doctor a week ago and was told to contact him is changes. Well we tried contacting him but no response.

Would highly recommend Dr. Settecase. I have been a patient of his for a number of years and am extremely satisfied with the results. He is concerned about his patients. He listens to his patients. When you leave, you leave with a feeling that he cares and has given you his complete attention.

I have lost all confidence with this doctor and hospital. My husband went into full cardiac arrest and yet I was unable to get him an appointment. We were told he was busy with new staff, interns, etc. We were forced to see his PA, who quickly told us we could come back in three months. I did not appreciate the fact we were denied post op follow up. I attempted to notify Dr. Settecase, but got nowhere fast. Staff was complacent to our situation. This experience was stressful. Zero stars.

I feel confident that he knows what he is doing as a doctor. He doesn't rush you, and he is genuinely concerned about your questions and health concerns or issues. I was excited to see him back in the network used by my husband's insurance and gladly selected him as our primary doctor.
