During my appointment, Dr. Schneider was dismissive, rude, and raised his voice at me while I was seeking medical care and guidance. I felt completely disrespected and unheard. His behavior made me feel anxious and uncomfortable, and it significantly undermined my trust in the care I was receiving. Even members of the nursing staff have informally acknowledged his lack of professionalism, which is deeply concerning.As a patient, I expect to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. I am requesting that this complaint be formally reviewed and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure this does not happen to me or other patients in the future.

If you ever find yourself in the Palm Coast Florida Advent Health Emergency Care, you will thank your lucky stars to be cared for, as I did, by Michael Schneider, MD. In a word, Dr. Schneider was outstanding.
