I had my first exam with Dr. Saul in June 2019. I had a lump in my right breast which he did not acknowledge. Fast forward to my annual mammogram on October 8 at a local hospital. Mammo tech immediately alerted the head radiologist who scheduled me for a biopsy on 10/11. The positive result came in 10/14. The nurse called Dr. Saul with the result before she called me. She asked me if I spoke with my doctor and I told her I haven't heard from him yet. I made an appointment with a breast surgeon for 10/21 who sent me for a breast MRI on 10/24. On 10/25, I call Dr. Saul to check in and also get my MRI results. Receptionist cannot believe that he has not contacted me since my diagnosis. She assures me that he'll call me that day. It is now 10/29 and he still has not contacted me since being diagnosed with breast cancer. I called the office one more time. The receptionist read me his note, "Left message on phone [never got it]. She's seeing a breast surgeon...[so?]" Better NOT call Saul!

I have been a patient of dr. Saul for about 2 yrs. when dr. Saul does blood work it take anywhere from a week to 10 days for him to call you back. On each occasion I have had to call the office at least 3 times to get my blood tests results. My son is also a patient and I had to call at least 3 times to get his results. I am very frustrated. I am in the process of looking for another dr.
