Dr. Saribalas is not aware of the way the staff treats his patients! I can guarantee that he would NEVER say he will dismiss a bill balance if you never return to his office. He has been my doctor for 11 years and he has always made sure he found a way to comfort my symptoms of various conditions. I have not seen a more sympathetic human, let alone medical professional than Dr. Saribalas! His staff is completely opposite. They have chased away two patients I referred to that office. I simply refused to give up excellent health care because of a rude staff

The GOAT of psychiatrists
Dr. Sarabalis is a very attentive, caring doctor. He has helped me a lot with depression and at times, crippling anxiety. He is always open to new treatments if one isn’t working. His staff are also very attentive and friendly.

I saw this doctor several years ago. He assessed me for a c-pap machine. My sleep study along with my c-pap was over 4,000.00. I was self pay. I did not have 4 grand on hand. I called the office and asked if the bill could be reduced. The staff member came back on the phone and said: "Dr. Saribalas will dismiss your bill if you never come back to this office." Call me shocked. I took the deal. I never went back. He reminds me of a doc that just wants to do the absolute least for his patients. He wants to take care of depressed women. This is the easiest assignment to have. I am not impressed with this doc at all. I am a retired psych nurse so I know what I am talking about.

I was a patient of Dr. Saribalas for five years. His office is impossible to get a hold of. I would go days without my medications because I could not get in contact with him or his staff. This happened almost every month for the last two years. His staff are also incredibly rude and should not be working in close proximity to mentally ill people as they feel no urgency to return calls. They have no business working with people suffering from mental illnesses. With the Doctor himself, I spent more time in my car driving to his office than I did actually speaking with him. Once after not seeing him for a few months, he had asked me if we had ever met before. I also have a scar from when his office drew my blood and while they were drawing my blood I was bleeding around the needle. Do not seek an appointment with this man.

Dr is great. Med combination has really helped me. He is very through and knowledgeable. Office staff could use some help with organizing. Very hard to get through to office staff. Office wait time not bad. Best I have felt in years.

Nothing has really changed from the other reviews. Dr. Saribalas is a good doctor and knows what he is doing when it comes to sleep problems just not when it comes to his staff. It seems he has a problem with confrontation and those girls run the show. There is a portal now that you can supposedly talk to the doctor but that as well is run by the girls, he doesn't even look at it and they don't ask him. I lost my job because it took them over 9 weeks to get the approval for a medication I neede

I've been a patient of Dr. For quite some time and I have my ups and downs and each time that I the visit is very quick but just talking to him quickly it's like he can tell as soon as he walks in to see me that something is wrong that right there means a lot to me and he also can tell that if the medicine that he put me on previously my last visit is working. The staff I like them too they take the time and help me when I don't understand something.

I would like to have a doctor that really cares for his patients, a doctor who can get more involved with the person who is suffering. Dr Saribalas do not take initiative to propose new ideas, treatments. I think he sees his patients as a number not as a human being suffering.

Dr. Saribalas is a kind, compassionate Dr. Where he fails is in office procedures, particularly in trying to reach them. Your call ALWAYS goes to voicemail and they tell you that they will call you back in 2 days. If you are out of medicine or can't remember when your appointment is, this system presents a real problem. It they would just answer their phone, I would give them 5 stars.

Horrific practice who employs inexperienced people who don't return phone calls, mismanages billing, doctor has you in and out in 15 minutes - is nothing more than a pill pusher. Did not help me what so ever over come any of my problems. Doctor was never on time, which would have been fine, but staff just over books to make more money. This place is a joke!

The doctor is knowledgeable and thorough. Amazing! The office staff - terrible. No one ever answers the phone You always get the answering machine. I've been standing at the counter checking in, as four office staff members were chatting about restaurants. Phones and me and the people behind me were ignored. The answering machine states they are switching over to electronic charting and asks you be patient as longer wait times may occur. It's been 2 years now. Still. transition? Doubtful.

He has been very kind and thorough when I meet with him. The office policies and staff are awful and incredibly inconsiderate of their patients. They do NOT answer the phone. Good luck getting your prescription refills called in on time. They ignore the pharmacy request and get upset if you call - not that you will every speak with someone. I have heard interactions with frustrated patients who show up at the office because no one will return a call. They are very rude to the patients.

My husband has gone to Dr Sarabalas for 5 years and nothing has changed for him. The office staff in this office are horrible. They could care less about any patient. They talk about personal matters very loud. We pay when we are seen, but now they are saying we owe money from 2013/2014 and cancelled are appointment, but did not inform us. Would not see my husband after he was just released from a mental hospital. Now he is out of medicine and is in worse shape then ever.
