My recent experience was very bad but to be fair I am a special case so if you are have no other medical complications I am sure Dr Samach is fine. I have a low heart rate and after going through full prep for my colonoscopy, going to the surgical center and getting my IV, Dr Samach and the anesthesiologist refused to do the surgery. While I understand their caution, they were willing to do two of my previous Colonoscopy's with the same condition. Perfunctory attempts were made to talk to my cardiologist but you could tell from the interactions they had no interest in doing this surgery. My frustration is that they were aware of my condition and yet made no effort before I came to let me know they would not proceed. My last 2 days were wasted and they showed little empathy or care about my situation. So unless you are willing on your own to set up a consult prior to your procedure between your specialist, Samach, and the Anesthesiologist, I would steer clear of this practice.

Spent barely 10 minutes on a telehealth appointment with me, which I scheduled to discuss the increasing frequency and duration of my IBS spasms and the associated pain. His response was "If the pain medication doesn't work, go to the ER." He DID NOT ask me to come for a physical exam, DID NOT suggest any of several IBS-C medications. DID NOT suggest the FODMAP diet. DID NOT ask me to follow up with him. His response bordered on the dismissive and, at best, was the impetus I needed to change GIs as quickly as I could

Visits are thorough and quick. Both times I went I only waited a minute or 2 before being taken to the exam room and then he saw me within a few minutes. He ordered a colonoscopy and that was painless.
