Perhaps it might be considered impertinent of me to comment upon other patient reviews of Dr. Salzman, but candidly I cannot imgagine the circumstances that some depict as occurring during procedures performed by him. He is, at once, a consummate professional imbued with a demonstrated sensitivity for the patient's perspective, especially with respect to concerns and worries over the discomfort and consequences of certain procedures. I have multiple symptoms that require a urologist's practiced hand and can attest to Dr. Salzman's superior care and experience that is without peer in my encounters with the community of urologic specialists.

Had a vasectomy done in the clinic by this joke of a urologist. He wouldn't allow my wife in the room during the procedure and didn't tell me until I was walking through the door. He and his male nurse were ridiculously unprofessional during the actual procedure - at one point, he "danced" a piece of my vas deferens across the drape singing a tune. When I dropped my specimen off 6 weeks later, I stood at the window in a lobby half-full of patients and the same male nurse practically yells, "I think he's here to drop off a sperm sample." I wanted to die. I shoved the paper bag across the counter and walked out with everyone staring at me. Thanks for violating my privacy. I'll never, ever go back to that practice again. Had I known that I could have had a vasectomy at Valley Medical, I would have walked out the door when they told my wife to stay in the waiting room.

I recently had a GreenLight Laser procedure performed by Dr. Saltzman. The original consultation was informative and casual. He clearly laid out the options for my condition. After some research I decided on the laser procedure. He prepared me for what to expect at the short stay surgery center and during the recovery period. The day of the procedure was crazy at the hospital with a number of emergency cases taking precedence. He stuck with me and got it done, not leaving till midnight. All good

I would give him a negative 100 if i could. In a rush, no consultation, wouldnt wait for topical numbing to take. Rough, didnt take the time to do a biobsy while at the tumor. Wast of time. Never will i see him again. Do not waste your time. See a professional urologist.

Dr. Saltzman provided excellent services. He provide highly individualized, personal care. I was dealing with multiple conditions and he did an outstanding job coordinating treatment with other practitioners. His advice and referral to specialists in the lower 48 for a lengthy and complex surgery was very helpful. I appreciate his straightforward honest approach. I highly recommend Dr. Saltzman I consider him to be an excellent urologist.

Incredibly unprofessional. Delicate private procedures are done with an open door and procedures done by other urologists which are done in private are basically performed with people walking by. On a separate issue he pressured me to have surgery, indicated what surgery would be required and basically put down another urologist I had seen in the past.

He is the only game in town. But he is vary rough and unfriendly to say the least. If you are LGBTQ, be careful he has an an agenda. Maybe he is very deep into the closet. I can not prove it but I know he did more damage than good.

Terrible, on the verge of abuse. Provider left the exam room door open while I was undressed and in a compromised position SEVERAL times while there were patients and staff in the office. He was rushed, impatient and unprofessional. I was in pain and he exacerbated the issues. Additionally the procedure that was preformed caused so much damage, I was forced to go to the emergency room. He misdiagnosed me, caused me undue stress and pain, and cost me several thousand dollars.
