The worst staff ever Always problems with billing Never their problem / always someone else fault Good doctor Needs someone else to hire his staff/ they do a disservice to him And ultimately that’s he’s fault

i wish I never let him touch my foot. Performed a bunion removal and only shaved the bone, never used any pins to set it straight, never heeled properly, still in pain and it’s been several years. Toe joint is huge..never healed the right way. I can’t put any pressure on the area without pain, and this has been like this since the surgery. I’ve just learned to live with it.

Some of the office staff were rude. An insurance glitch that should have taken less than 1 month to work out took about 5 months to resolve. Calls not returned, matters which were supposedly going to be addressed were not. Make sure you don't need anything Friday afternoon, because there was little/no availability of staff. I was one of 10% of those for whom bunion surgery didn't work; $10,000 between lost work and insurance costs lost, return bunion to show for it.

Excellent service! Flew in from Los Angeles for a wedding and had a nagging ingrown toenail that kept getting worse. Dr. Salter fit me in same day with only an hour notice.

I was referred to Dr. Salter by a well-respected physician. On two separate occasions, I visited Dr. Salter's office (which actually resulted in four encounters). The appointments were scheduled for me and for my daughter. I have a ganglion cyst and my daughter a talus fracture. After both visits and two referrals for unnecessary procedures, we find ourselves in the same condition we initially arrived. The receptionist is quite rude and dismissive.
