Dr. Michael Saiyasombat, MD

I was Dr Saiyasombat’s nurse while stationed at Ft Irwin, California. He was amazing to work with. I enjoyed my time working with him while active duty . I highly recommend him. His education was through Loma Linda University Medical Center, a first class education ! He is knowledgeable, charismatic, honorable and educated. As a nurse always look past the bedside manner. The doctor that doesn’t sugar coat things is the doctor you want. Thank you for your service CPT Saiyasombat!!! -Jennifer

When Dr. Saiyasombat was practicing in Mesquite, NV he was our doctor. We were sadden when he transferred to Las Vegas. Every visit to see him was always through and he'd always answered our questions or our concerns. He is one fine doctor.

Are you guys crazy. This man serviced our country and is a true patriot. Just because he doesn’t walk in the room and hold your hand isn’t a reason to trash his ability to save your life. I love his to the point bedside manner. I wasn’t happy when he told me I had diabetes, but he was thorough and to the point. It’s MY problem and he is my guidance in this journey. He is fantastic.

Dr. Saiyasombat was very kind, caring and thorough. He listened to what I said, answered my questions, and gave me information regarding my health decisions. I would definitely recommend him. In fact I already have. Marcia

He genuinely cares about people's health in an increasingly hectic work environment in which the doctors are inundated with a seemingly insurmountable workload. It's so sad to see corporations overworking such highly trained professionals. He uncovered the reasons for my fatigue and I have more energy than I've had in a decade. Thanks Dr. Saiyasombat

I saw Doctor. S the other day and despite the terrible reviews he has gotten in the past, he is a good doctor. He answered all my questions and was very thorough with me. I think a lot of people complain about too many problems at once and overwhelm the doctors. The staff was great as well. I made him my PCP.

Was not impressed - AT ALL. When he came in he obviously had read my history, I've been an SMA client for some time, as knew some of my many health issues. Looked at my vitals, "Okay". He didn't even check anything on me, sat on his stool entire time. No usual heart/lung/abdomen check, no extremity check. Didn't ask if I had any current health issues to discuss. Total of 4 minutes in room with me, I timed it. First visit, may be last. Will try once more. Corporate Medicine = Rushed & No Care!

I would like to give a negative number. He walked in with an attitude. I brought a list of issues I had been having regarding my heart and as I was reading the list he said he has other patients and he can't hear my list. I quickly told him my list of heart attack warning signs and he said I probably have fibromyalgia. What? You just meet me, have no health history, have no time to listen and then give a bogus diagnosis? Worst doctor I've ever met!

I am appalled by the lack of care this doctor has for his patients. Took two minutes to say my blood pressure was ok and there is nothing wrong with me, completely dismissing all other concerns. Said he doesn't have time to answer my questions today. Really!? Isn't your job?! I took time off work for this appointment.

Rushed through the visit. Didn't seem to care about what I had to say. Dismissed my concerns/questions. I felt like he didn't even want to be in that room.

My first experience with this doctor and it was very poor.This man was taking too many patients in return he didn't want to help me and he showed of rude facial expressions.He also complain to me how a older patient was talking to much and that is the reason why he was late with me.When I left and paid my copay for nothing he then had a room full of patients.I didn't get help when needed,he spent almost 5 minutes with me and ran out then his nurse ushered me out.Nothing great out of Southwest
