Took the time and cared.
What a professional and a great person! Dr. Robertson reviewed my labs before I came in and already had a diagnosis plan and meditation plan. He explained everything in detail and answered my question. I have to say he is ranked the top 5 doctors I have met in my life and I met a lot in my day. If you have kidney issues I HIGHLY suggest pulling his knowledge base and experience.

To get an appt is really an experience. Currently I go every 6 mos, but they tell me to call in Aug. for an appt in Oct (which would be 6mos), and when I do, all they have is the end of November. The management of appts is really bad in this office, and their portal for patients is worthless. No test results there, and you have to call if you want to know. Their info not connected to any Rockford hospital info as far as I can tell except blood work is done by Mercy.
