Our daughter desperately needed her tonsils and adenoids out. He was friendly and comforting. Scheduling was easy. the best part was that she didn't have any bleeding, fever or even much discomfort afterwards. He made sure to know I could reach him at any time if we needed him and the staff checked in with us multiple times during her first week of recovery. We couldn't be more pleased.

He recommended a surgery for my child that my child absolutely did NOT need, which has been verified by several doctors since. Don't let his easy bed-side manner fool you-this Dr. is out to pad his operative bill.

The Best of the Best! We have a special needs son that he has cared for for over 10 years. No one else was familiar with his syndrome or capable of caring for his unique needs. We started care at Harvard Medical, which was exemplary. Dr. Poole is a great or better. Yes, sometimes the office runs behind, but one day it may be your child that needs the emergency surgery that makes him late. Be patient. He is worth the wait. They office also has an amazing therapy dog named Vegas. :)

Dr.Poole is amazing! I had a sensation that something was stuck in my throat and I have tried so many treatments until I spoke with Dr. Poole. He knew right away what was wrong, an issue with the acidity in the stomach. He prescribed treatment for a month and I felt great after that. He was great with our kids; they love him and the doggie, too, we are higly recommending Dr.Poole!!!!

RUN, don't walk. Nice guy, but completely misdiagnosed my child and recommended surgery that two other doctors said was unnecessary.

He was 2.5 hrs late to our appt which we were in time for. He was unapologetic about it. And charged us $800 half of which was covered in insurance for just a simple tounge tie. He is extremely over priced and rude for being so late. You would think he would discount some services to compensate for our wasted day. But nope. In fact he charges is $300 for a consult... What consult?! He was in he room under 5 minutes!
