Dr. Michael Pollock, DDS

This was the rudest dentist I have ever encountered. He was rough, he was rude to me and to his staff. He was completely condescending and had zero patience for my questions. I have jaw issues and it is difficult to open my mouth all the way. He yelled at me several times and threatened to sew my tongue to my gum if I didn't get it out of the way. I was not numb all the way and he continued on with the extraction with no regard to my comfort or well being. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone! Find someone else. He is horrible!

Called to schedule appointment and scheduling staff hung up without telling me when my appointment was. Then I waited over an hour for a 5 minute consultation. Very impersonal care like you are on an assembly line.

Dr Pollock was extremely rude and condescending. I would never trust him with my care

Love this dr.and the his nurses. They diagnosed correctly and took care of me. I have no regrets

I had an excellent experience. Im 39 years old and went in to get my bottom wisdom tooth extracted. I was told by other dentist I had to be put to sleep. I went to Dr. Pollock and he gave me the option to stay awake and I took it. Im glad I did. He had my tooth out and the stitches done in roughly 5 minutes. I didn't feel a thing. I went yesterday for the procedure and I have mild pain today which is controlled by ibruprophen. He's definitely experienced and knows what he is doing!!!

Do not use this man! He isn't human! HE DIDNT PUT ANY oral numbing stuff in my mouth.He just started ramming injections in my mouth. I was screaming so loud my family heard it out in the lobby. I was startled and scared of this man . He is a big man and he is very intimidating. He told me that I was very childish and he had child patients that acted better than me. Please do not use this Inhumane individual.! You will Regret it.

I am totally disgusted at the way dr poll just and his staff treated me! I was having 10 teeth pulled so I coukd get s denture .He gave me no oral numbing so that it wouldnt hurt wen I he gave me injections to numb!! I screamed and he told me if I couldn't quit screaming I could leave! His nurse told me I was acting like s big baby! I've not got bones splintering from the 8 teeth he pulled!! He missed 2 of my teeth!! So I've gotta go to someone elaw to get pulled!! DONT GO TO THIS MONSTER!!!!!

Dr.Pollock and his staff were friendly. Being an RN who works regularly with anesthesia, I had concerns about sedation as I was having my wisdom teeth taken out. Dr. Pollock worked out a personal anesthesia plan that suited me. Its one day post op now after having all four removed and I am nearly pain free with hardly any swelling and I have full intentions of returning to work tomorrow!

(1of2)I cannot believe my friend's experience wth Dr. Pollock during her abscess tooth/wisdom teeth extraction!Me being an RN, I can honestly say that the behavior exhibited was absolutly unprofessional!! He was verbally, mentally,& emotionally inappropriate. Hardly any pre/post op education,she woke up in the middle of it in excruciating pain screaming (heard by her family down the hall),NO post op pain meds ordered, she had to call her regular Dentist for pain meds, & was only given Tyl#3!
