Terrible Doctor! My Husbands health has gone down hill because of cirrhosis of the Liver from agent orange. Dr, Pilcher has done nothing to help him and has known about it for four years. It has progressively gotten worse. He has had no plan in place for my Husband. Just goes over his numbers with no advice or help in any way for his cirrhosis, Nothing!!! We are now going to Mayo where they have excellent Doctors. The VA Doctors are pathetic!!!! We should be making our Veterans a priority!!
