Latest visit
Dr Phillips has a friendly staff that greeted me and confirmed my insurance info. After brief wait, I was brought back and had eye checks completed. Dr Phillips came in shortly and completed the exam. We discussed changes from previous appointment. With no concerns, he scheduled my next appointment and I was on my way quickly.

Greenville's Best Ophthalmologist
Very knowledgeable and has no problem answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Staff is kind and courteous. Dr. Phillips and staff treated me like I might have been a member of their family. Conveniently located, had my cataract surgery performed in the same building downstairs. Went to one of the Eye Spas in the area before coming to Dr. Phillips and find his practice to have the greatest value for the money without pushing extra or unnecessary procedures. The cost at his practice coupled with his knowledge and abilities has made me a life-long customer. Highly recommend Dr. Phillips at Advanced Eye Care of The Upstate PA.
