Dr. Michael Peelle, MD

I had 3 vertebra fused, the surgery didn't go well, it's been almost a year, I haven't been able to sleep well because I now have pinched nerves in both arms.

I had neck surgery in 2020, and Dr. Peelle did a great job! Him and his staff are always friendly, helpful, and very courteous. And my neck feels great!

I was advised by my Chriprctor to see an Orthopedic dr because my X-rays showed Cervical Neck Arthritis and were in extreme pain. I went to Dr. Peele with the X-rays and he indicated that it looked normal and referred me for an MRI with a follow-up appointment 4 weeks later. He said he doesn't prescribe pain meds so basically, I had to deal with the pain. Thank God a week later my Primary Dr got my X-rays and also noted that Arthritis was clearly there and referred me to a pain management specialist as well as provided a prescription for tramadol while waiting for the appointment. This Dr is a huge waste of time and money... He needs to be Trashed!

Hello I had back surgery in June of 2017 and neck surgery done in August of 2021. Due to arthrtis with dr. michael peelle. Both at prisma parkridge Baptist hospital one of the best hospitals in the area I could not ask for a better surgeon he's the best and his staff patient kind efficent and with the help of God jesus family friend church I did not go wrong in choosing Dr Michael peelle as my orthopedic surgeon happy blessed holidays to you and yours

Appointment are rushed Doesn't explain conditions well Doesn't listen or answer questions well.

He did a great job on my back surgery last year during high cov19 time. He tells you everything that is going on to correct the problem at hand. I will recommend him to anyone.

He is great did back surgery and neck surgery and have never had a pain or problem and that was over 5 years ago

Dr. Peelle is an excellent surgeon with amazing bedside manners!!!! I was suffering from a lumbar synovial cyst, that was located in the L4 and L5 region of my spine. He performed a Laminectomy surgical procedure on me, and I am so grateful for him and his hands. He took care of me, and with that being said, I am no longer in pain and has returned back to my normal quality of life. If anyone who's reading this is in need of an outstanding spine surgeon, he is the one, because he is the best.

I was in pain for months barely able to do more than laying on my side. At age 35 this was my second back surgery for a large herniated disc. My nerve was severely pinched off giving me spasms. I really appreciated his manner and willingness to look at all the options. I had a laminectomy to clear out the damage and makes space for the nerves. I am still recovering, but I have my life back and people do not have to live with this type of pain. I fully recommend Dr. Peelle to anyone, especially those who consider surgery the last resort. He sincerely wants you to get better.

Dr. Peelle did an amazing job with my surgery I had a l4/l5 disk herniation with numbness to my toes. I was in extreme pain and I could barely walk. He did a great job and has excellent bedside manner. 6 weeks later I'm pain free. I cannot thank him and his team enough!

For years I had this pain in my back, off and on at first, but became daily. After seeing several doctors, all wanting to either fuse or disk replacement, I was loosing hope. One of my friend's wife mentioned a doctor she worked with. I decided to give it a shot. In the first appt with him, I could see the difference, he cared more than the other had. Dr. Peelle is the only doctor I have seen that actually seemed concerned, and he offered a better procedure. After doing so research, being nervous about back surgery, I went ahead with Peelle. I have no regrets, several months later I feel so much better. Highly recommended doctor for back pain.

Dr. Peelle is the best. He is caring and spends time with me, and he answers all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend him for anybody have neck/cervical issues.
