Dr. Michael Otremba, MD

I found him to be a great listener, explained things in a simple way, but would get into the details when I asked. He allowed plenty of time for me to ask all my questions and go through my entire history. his examination was very thorough, and he would explain everything that he was going to do before he did it. Highly recommend!

His level of professionalism and attention to detail. I can’t say enough about his calm and reassuring nature of communication with his patients . I felt like I was in the right place at the right time when I first met Dr. Otremba . Total satisfaction and a successful FESS procedure .

I was not listened to and left without any of my questions answered. Worst experience I have had in many years and can not trust clinical advice since doctor didn't even do a real exam.

Doctor doesn't listen to you and rushes you out of appointment. Asks you the same question multiple times even though you answer it the same way every time. Does not review file and medications list. Argues about the smallest things. He asked what he can do for you instead of telling you your options. Does not follow Hospital masks procedures even though he will tell differently. Whole staff wore masks below their chin. I received a better physical exam from my PCP than this ENT. Save yourself the trip and find a better doctor with a better bedside manner. April, the practice manager, is miserable. She has no people skills and her attitude is a joke. She needs to find a new job because this is not her calling. Front desk is the only part of the visit that was pleasurable. They are very friendly and helpful. Currently in process with finding another doctor.

I have seen Dr. Otremba about a couple issues and he has been just so nice, professional and knowledgeable each time. One strength he has is good judgment to order tests such as imaging when needed but simply providing feedback and a clinical rationale when testing (beyond an exam/history) is not needed. Sometimes you get the feeling that a physician is either not ordering a test to be knee-jerk conservative or ordering one to be knee-jerk careful--but in Dr. Otremba's case, you get the feeling that he simply knows when testing is or is not indicated because he is experienced and has good clinical judgment. He is reassuring without being patronizing at all. He is also an awesome, humble and kind person. Top notch!

Vey pleasant, but feel he didn’t listen to my problem

He is very kind and personable. He’s also very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure that I understood my thyroid issue and treatment. He also went above and beyond by listening to another issue I have with slight hearing loss and he did a thorough exam and correctly diagnosed me with TMJ issues and explained how to get relief. No other dr had been able to correctly diagnose my hearing and jaw pain before. I’m so grateful to have such an awesome dr and highly recommend him to everyone.

I was referred to Dr. Otremba through my PCP as I was having issues with my sinuses. He did an amazing and thorough analysis of my issues and determined that I had nasal polyps and a deviated septum . He was shocked that I was living with those conditions. So he formulated a game plan, made sure I understood all of his instructions, and performed the surgery to remove my nasal polyps and fixed my deviated septum. He stopped in to visit me soon after the surgery to offer me encouragement after the successful procedure. He follows up with me regularly to make sure I am recovering well, and has astutely addressed any concerns I have had along the way. I immediately felt better after the surgery, and a year later I am breathing like a new person. I refer to Dr Otremba as “My Savior” since he improved my quality of life, and I am ecstatic that he is part of my “Care Team”. I highly recommend that anyone with ENT issues make an appointment to make him a part of your “Care Team” as well!

I consulted with Dr. Otremba regarding my suspicion that my nasal polyps (previously removed 20yrs ago by a Dr in NJ) had returned. He listed intently, provided thoughtful feedback, used an extremely gentle touch in examining my sinuses and made great recommendations for treatment. He also set very realistic expectations for the outcome and addressed all of my concerns. 4 months later, I am on "the other side" of treatment and I feel like a new person - a new person with 0 sinus polyps, no sinus headaches, full sense of smell and a returned sense of taste. The outcome of treatment far exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Otremba and his staff.

My primary care dr referred me to see an ENT specialist and gave me Dr. Otrembas name. I visited with Dr.Otremba he had examined me and knew exactly what was wrong with me after he had asked a series of questions. Dr.Otremba was wonderful to deal with. Very up front and thorough. He was extremely friendly. He also did surgery to repair my problems. The staff was wonderful. The day of my surgery the Dr came in with his team and I did not feel stressed out. They were on time and informative of what was to be expected. I highly recommend Dr. Otremba for his amazing bed side manner and knowledge of the issues I was having.

I highly recommend Dr Otremba, he is knowledgeable, very thorough, and personable with a great 'bedside manner'. He took the time to listen and even more importantly, spent time explaining the aetiology of my condition in a level of detail that made me feel very confident in his diagnosis. He carried out an endoscopy of my larynx expertly, demonstrating care and consideration after fully explaining what I could expect. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others!

I highly recommend Dr. Otremba! I have had such a wonderful experience with him! I had previously had a different ENT doctor at another facility and had various testing done that unfortunately didn't lead to any answers or solutions. I decided to see Dr. Otremba, but honestly, wasn't too hopeful since I had already had multiple tests and prior appointments elsewhere. I was so relieved that Dr. Otremba took the time to listen and ask questions. As it turned out, I had a severely deviated septum that was causing constant congestion, breathing problems, etc. Dr. Otremba performed corrective surgery and I am so happy with the results! I feel so much better! I immediately noticed extreme improvements in my breathing, congestion, and overall quality of life. Also, my nose kept its shape and still looks the same. I am so grateful for Dr. Otremba!

I was diagnosed and treated by Dr Otremba with a nasolabial cyst. The treatment I received was outstanding. The surgery was a great success and I'am able to have a much better time breathing. 5 Stars
