I have had Dr Olive take care of my elderly relatives but since transferred them to NP in Assisted Living ( more geriatric friendly) My husband has been going to D Olive and recently had total hip replacement 5 days after surgery on a weekend he had a sudden significant drop in blood pressure ( my experience as RN .50 years ) as he was sitting in chair BP retaken still very low , assisted back to bed lowered head of bed while in chair profusely perspiring and irritable ( understandably) averted an ER visit d/t weekend) Called office on Monday to report since he’s on pain Med plus BP med , talked with nurse she emailed Dr, he called my husband but did not review event with me My husband said oh no my BP is fine (he hasn’t taken his BP) Very disappointed that Dr Olive would accept a word fro mom N on medical person in pain meds without at least talking with me first I have been caring for him 24/7 When I called back to office the nurse said she would express my concern to Dr and call back I never received a call!??

I have been a patient of Dr. Olive’s for several years. I have found him to be knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good GP.

I'm leaving this review on behalf of my mother who won't do it for herself, but do yourself a favor and DO NOT see Dr. Olive. He is an arrogant man who will do what *he* thinks is best without giving any credence as to what the patient's wishes are. I have advised my mother to seek a physician who will actually listen to her and not brush off something that could be life-threatening. Save your money and save your life - see someone else!

It was my misfortune to go to this doctor with what turned out to be a life changing health issue that this doctor casually dismissed - and the issue was very simple with widely available information on the diagnosis and treatment of my symptoms and serious health issue - but this doctor was not interested in my health problems whatsoever - I do not recommend this doctor - that would be an understatement
