I’ve worked in the medical field for 10 years and have never experienced such horrible patient care. This practice prioritizes profit over their patients. Kelly’s medical assistant was disrespectful and condescending, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She neglected to ask about my health conditions or address any questions I had for the provider. My provider, Kelly, spent only about five minutes with me and barely allowed me to speak. When I asked to discuss two dermatological concerns, she dismissed my request and insisted I schedule another appointment. It’s evident that their primary focus is on revenue rather than patient well-being. After this horrible experience, I tried to reach the office manager twice, but received no response. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

A disappointing experience
This visit did not go well. I felt rushed at the outset by the medical assistant and then the PA who has historically been friendly and professional on my previous visits was brusque and dismissive of my concerns. She left no doubt she felt I was wasting her time and rushed me out of the office. I’m still annoyed at my treatment since up until today I was always treated so well. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

I have been a patient of doctor Nazareth for probably 7 years. I used to think he was one of my best physicians until this last year. I have had several different Physician’s Assistants. . One time about a year ago, I was tired of being pasted off from one PA to another. So I called the office and made an appointment with the doctor. I was scolded by one of the desk help for taking it upon myself to schedule with him when I went to check out. What has me really upset is that when the Covid-19 vaccine started to become available to the general public, NO ONE in his office ever told me that the drug I had been taking could alter my immune response to the vaccination. It gets better ……. During a recent visit to California, where my daughter is a hematologist, I mentioned the drug I was taking and she was concerned. She suggested that I call The office and get an antibody test. I went for the test and was Horrified to find out I have absolutely NO ANTIBODIES and no one cares !

I have been going to Dr Nazareth for over 2 years and have been completely satisfied that my skin heath concerns are being taken care of. His office staff and medical staff are all very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I saw Dr. Nazareth once. I was having eye lid inflamation and needed a overall skin check-up. He prescribed 2 ointments that were not to be used on eyes and that were very expensive. One was a steroid and one was a anti-fungus. I left the pharmacy and later read the paperwork before applying the ointments. After reading that both medications clearly said "do not use on eyes", I called his office. The receptionist supposedly checked with him and he said it was fine to use both. I went back to the pharmacy and they said not to use on my eyes. I was not impressed with the visit and the prescriptions. They also tried to refer me to their "spa". I will not be back.

I have had the good fortune to be one of Dr. Nazareth’s patients since he started his practice. Within a very short period of time he had me pain free with no known negatives to my psoriatic arthritis. My daughter and I have both had small plastic surgery procedures and they went flawlessly. I now see a PA at his practice and feel Dr. Nazareth is overseeing his every move. We have been treated with the best kindest hands every step of the way.

This office seems to be transitioning!! I Not in a good way!! Office staff is very, very rude and unprofessional! The office manager is quite the Junk Yard Watch Dog!! The PA that I saw was just okay! Customer Service is really lacking. I get the impression that this Doctor doesn't care about his patients in a way that he should. I think that he is more interested in the money that goes in his pocket!!

Twice I have been there. I have never met Dr Nazareth. Both times I have had to point out areas of concern. My last visit the NP did not look at my scalp, my feet or my genital area and butt. I get the sense this practice is more about cosmetic procedures than about actually caring for the person

Brought our teenage son for a consult to have two nevi removed. Both removals went poorly. The first healed badly with hypertrophy scar. The sutures on the second tore open. ER told us to take our son back to the doctor who did this. Instead, we brought him to the pediatrician who called Dr. Nazareth. After seeing the results, Dr. Nazareth commented that he wasn’t happy. Then he said we get 2 follow-ups (he doesn’t do any follow-ups) only to have his office cancel the second one. Be careful!

The Doctor was good but the nurse practitioner was not very professional and did the fastest exam of my son I’ve ever seen, if she did one at all. From now on we will only see the Dr. It takes awhile to get to see him but at least he made us feel like you got some quality doctor time.

Dr. Nazareth is wonderful. I would describe myself as a dermatology nightmare because of all my moles and skin lesions. I've had numerous biopsies and excisions over the years. Dr. Nazareth is never rushed, always answers questions, all procedures have gone smoothly. I always feel comfortable at his office. He is intelligent and personable- those are two characteristics that will keep me at his office!

I simply went here to have 2 small non healing areas on my cheek looked at and was told that before anything could be ordered they would have to biopsy it?? What???? Something simple as a culture and an antibiotic cream would have worked but no..... since it was not positive for a skin cancer I was told that they would burn the areas off with nitrogen! Are you kidding me? You wonder why insurance premiums are on a all time high. Lets charge the ins company an in office surgical app yep! Wondr y

I visited Dr. Nazareth for the first time on February 8, 2017 and OMG, I absolutely love him!! The original dermatologist was no where near as through as Dr. Nazareth and she miss diagnose me and told me I had eczema when I really have developed psoriasis. He even showed me under the hand scope that he used to look closer. Dr. Nazareth was very easy to talk to and a very pleasant person. His staff was wonderful. I will definitely highly recommend him to anyone who has skin problems.

Horrible. I ended up making complaints to my insurance company and to the New York State Department of Health. An LPN called me to give biopsy results, but never gave me the correct answer that was clearly on the report. I was told I was ok, but I was not. Good thing I went for a second opinion. Incompetent and arrogant people.

Went to this office twice. The administrative staff were great. The mid level I saw on both occasions, Kyle Horton Maser was terrible. Lacking both compassion and understanding, treatment for my skin condition was inappropriate per my primary physician. My primary sent me to another dermatologist and will no longer recommend Dr. Nazareths office. When I asked to see Dr. Nazareth himself during the second visit, I was informed he was not there. Don't waste your time or money here.
