Dr. forgot to sign the paper for my daughters physical. No big deal. But I’ve now been in the doctors office for 40 minutes waiting for a signature.

Detailed, thoughtful, caring. I want no one else as my doctor.

My wife and I were in need of urgent care due to an accident. I called Dr. Mulligan's office and asked if he'd accept a new patient (my wife was a patient, but I was not). They said they are not accepting new patients, but would check to see if they could get me in since my wife was in their system. They did the very next day! The staff was more than helpful, the doctor honest and upfront with his diagnosis and suggestions. He even went out of his way to consult with the local ER to review

Dr. Mulligan has been my doctor for over 20 years. As a doctor, he's fantastic. He listens, and asks plenty of questions. The way he explains things, make them easy to understand. The only real negative is the poor organization. Wait times can be awful, and staff can often be less than helpful. I walked out of one appointment, after waiting in a room for nearly an hour. Absolutely terrible treatment for prospective new patients. In the last few months I've tried calling 3 separate times to make new patient appointments and I never get an actual person on the phone. Always have to leave a message. Then receive a return call saying we have to "apply" to be "accepted by the practice" before I can schedule our appintments and so I do exactly that and then I never even get a response!! Tried walking into the office and the receptionist gave me their phone number!
