Worst bed side manner, horrible doctor. Does not care about his patients. Witnessed him verbally abusing his coworkers.

His communication level I rate very poorly. Renewing prescriptions is always a problem. Recently needed his input on a dental procedure. His contact with my caregiver was not timely. Paperwork forwarded for his review couldn’t be located. He and his staff reported they never received. Dr. Moore’s nurse finally confirmed It had been located and the had received it. I am totally disappointed. His service in this area and now distrust anything he might say. I have since found another pulmonologist and will not return.

Misdiagnosed allergy for advancing COPD. When I came back for another visit and identified the allergic reaction to glucosamine he was dismissive with a condescending and bad attitude. He could see during the visit that I was breathing just fine. He did not make a correction in his notes and, in his notes, he made yet one more misdiagnosis where he wrote pollen. I have no pollen issues nor did we even talk about pollen. Very arrogant and jumped to conclusions. I like my doctor to know more than I do about health issues.

The worst. Very arrogant and joked as to why I can come back after being in the emergency room 2 days before. Because I couldn’t breathe. Also asked me who told me to come there. My Doctor. Should take a refresher course on proper bed side manner.

While Dr. Moore has an impressive educational profile, his bedside manner, communication skills in talking with family of the patient rates nothing more than a zero. While my father was in the ICU recently, we had the unfortunate experience of meeting Dr. Moore. This man was the most arrogant, unprofessiona Dr. I have run into in a long time. He was rude, total lack of compassion, and under his phony sarcastic smile made you feel your questions were a joke. I would never recommend this Dr.
