I have had an issue for 1 yr and they kept referring me to the wrong treatment. I finally suggested my concern & family history & now after all this time they referred me to a specialist. But it was the wrong specialist. SO now I am waiting for a referral to the right specialists. I have been in pain for a year & they just don't seem to know anything other than treating a cold or prescribing meds. Very frustrated as the issue is pretty dangerous without proper care. What a liability on their part. Getting referrals in a timely manner is impossible. My lack of trust in this facility is 0.

Couldn't wish for a better Doctor. We see Dr. Charles and he is FANTASTIC! The whole staff is warm, welcoming, friendly and kind. They try their best to get you treated same day.

I love that Dr Mann listens to me. Comes up with an answer. He is a great Dr. I feel comfortable asking his questions.

Very sad. After 5 yrs of being a regular patient; I left this office. Going on 3 months now. My new doctor's office has requested my records. To date 1/6/23 they have received 0. What is the problem - well you can't blame only the staff. Start at the Top.. If the Boss doesn't care, why would the staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Mann for more than 30 years. He is a straight shooter. He listens to you and gives straight answers. My recent visit was for my annual checkup. He went over my test results and explained in detail what they meant. He gave options for treatments and the pros and cons of each of them. It is a plus he has good sense of humor and pleasant personality. When referred to a specialist his diagnose has been spot on.

Went there today for 8 am appointment. Arrived at 7:50. Walked in front door. Was dark in waiting room but was first raining morning in months. Could hear women gossiping about patients in back room. I signed in and sat down. 7 minutes till appointment lady came out and accused me of not coming in front door. Told me it should be locked until 8. Proceeded to lock it and me in. Left. I said I think my appointment is in 6 minutes... said she had no idea and left. Didn't turn on lights. Next lady drove in. She was apparently receptionist. Now 7:58. Walked in and rudely asked me how I was inside. What door did I come in? I told her my appointment was in 2 minutes and I'm confused. She began telling me doors don't open until 8 and said I shouldn't be there. Implying I broke in! I told her my appointment was on 2 minutes and I arrived 10 minutes early and walked in front door- now harassed by 2 people. No one was even remotely pleasant. Crazy. I left. Husband and I won't be back

This is NOT the office for you if you are a young professional with a little time to waste. Everything you’ve read negative about this office might be true. I was sold the idea that Dr. Mann was very attentive. After 2 years, I’ve never seen him. I always end up seeing their P.A. They rarely ever return your calls and after some 40 days, 2 visits, 1 telemedicine and half a dozen calls later, I am still trying to get a prescription filled. This is the exact experience every time. The people there are nice. The office is clean and they have a beautiful service dog. But unless you’re retired and have all the time in the world to spend dealing with the office, you’ll be better off finding a provider elsewhere.

Dr. Mann is great with my elderly father but I am moving him because you cannot get help when you really need it. His office put us off from a Wednesday call with my elderly father testing positive for COVID to a last thing Friday telemedicine call. We waited 3 hours on a Friday night for the call which never came. Done with this office.

Staff is the worst! Left 3 messages over two weeks trying to get a long term prescription filled that they prescribed. Phone system says I will get a call back in 24 to 48 hours. Nothing.... I finally went to the office to have the receptionist hand deliver a note to to the nurse. When she finally called back later that day she said they do not do patient care ??? Was told to make an appointment. Customer service is pitiful. Tired of putting up poor patient care. Time to go to another Doc.

PAs are great, but as a patient for 6 yrs now, it takes up to 2 weeks to get prescriptions sent to pharmacy, no calls back. Looking for a new dr. Absolutely no excuse for this.

Went this office a few time. I didn’t care for them! Getting his office staff to answer their phone is like pulling teeth! Getting a referral fax over to a. specialist is a joke!! You have to physically show up in person to get the referral!! That is ridiculous!!

Dr.Mann is the best I have worked with many Dr.'s as a nurse and trust me i looked for someone who really cared about there patients , and he was awesome with all his patients. So he is the best I've seen and He takes pride in all that he does. He actually makes time to listen to your concerns and educates you on a plan of care just for you . He cares about his patients and it shows. His visits are worth tne waighting time as he takes the time with each patient. His Staff and nurses are great friendly and caring and when you need even Tom NP . is the best. Allways calling to check on you .If i could give10 stars i would. The best team there is.

Why won’t you guys call me back. Been without my BP medications for 1 week now.

Dr Mann is a great individual and a caring physician. His PAs are great as well. I’ve been going to his practice for a long time and have no issues

It is nearly impossible to get them to call the pharmacy to authorize refills.. I only give two starts because the PAs are so pleasant and thorough during visits.

I left my last Dr. due to poor office staff. This one is worse. The Dr.'s are great but every negative review is right on regarding the office staff. If I were the Dr. in charge of this office I believe I would take the time to check reviews of the service I represent and take corrective action to eliminate the negative reviews being generated and contact my patients to verify their concerns.

I have never personally seen Dr. Mann, however PA Charles Longanecker has been wonderful. My major issue is with the staff. Both H-E-B and my insurance have sent requests for authorizations on a medication I've been taking for more than a year; I also called and left a message for assistance - it's been two weeks, and NOTHING from his office. Not even an attempt. Its disheartening when you want to have a doctor close to home, but can't get the care you're hoping for...

I have not seen the Dr in 4 years, only PA. PA doesn't seem interested in patient care. Office staff is incompetent at best. It has taken up to 2 weeks fora return phone call. I have waited up to six weeks for an appointment then I have to wait at least an hour to get into office. I had the 1st appointment of the day once and waited 2 hours just to see the PA. I have changed doctors.
