Unprofessional, Seems to care more about money than my health. Rude Office staff as well!

Terrible. The receptionists are lazy, rude, miserable, passive aggressive and they lie all of the time. You cannot trust this practice at all. They screwed me over as well as other former patients. Go elsewhere.

He is a very kind and compassionate doctor. He really cares about his patients. I just started seeing him as my primary doctor retired. Very pleased.

I'm a new patient due to an insurance change. 1st office visit: -filled with religious statues, pictures, etc. -no paper on the exam table -upholstered chairs in the exam room were filthy -walls in exam room were dirty, scuffed, chipped After: -no call back re: blood test results -Insurance billing was incorrect and has yet to be corrected (4.5 months) -Prescription refill called in incorrectly -Called at 5pm (closes at 8pm) - voicemail said call back during business hours Changing PCPs ASAP

Dr Lobianco spends time with patients and is wonderful with patient concerns. He spend a significant amount of time with me to make sure medication was compatible with breast feeding, it made me feel much more comfortable with treatment following my visit. The only downside to this practice are the receptionists - they are extremely rude, short and I empathetic to patient needs. I dread calling to make appointments- especially sick appts because they make you feel like you're bothering them.
