Dr. Michael Lieb, DO

Went to Dr. Lieb to get a vascular ultrasound of the legs on both sides as I was getting continuously weak each month and my GP didn't know what was going on. The results of the ultrasound were good, so I continued to see Dr. Lieb for subsequent visits, each time coming in, I had significant weight loss (5-6 lbs. in 2 weeks) and was continuing to get weaker and weaker and could not perform activities like I used to. My wife told him how my energy levels dropped, and I wasn't the same person. After considering all this, he said it was my spine and to go see a spine surgeon. about 2 weeks after this, my wife took me to the Gastroenterologist to see if he could help and he ordered a blood test and found out my hematocrit was below 4! I was sent to the hospital for blood infusions and the Gastroenterologist saved my life. Bottom line Dr. Lieb is an incompetent surgeon who makes false guesses instead of finding out a real diagnosis. Please do not waste your time with him, go to another VS.

My husband is is patient for an aneurysm. He is very thorough and explains everything so we can understand.

Dr Lieb listened to me carefully and answered my questions. He said he would forward a report to my primary care physician. I will wait to discuss the report with my primary care physician.

The girl who did my ultrasound was excellent and very professional. When I got to see the doctor, I was a little disappointed because originally I started out with the problem in the veins and my feet and I realize I had a sprained ankle. The first time I went to him but when I went back this week, he never even looked my foot where I was concerned I was a little disappointed in that.

My experience with Dr. Lieb’s office was superb! From my first visit until my follow up. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I went in for my procedure at 8:45. And was out at 11:45. Very, very efficient. I had no pain at all and was up and about in one day. I don’t know all the names of the staff, except the Marie, the office schedule coordinator. She’s been working with me for a year because I had to postpone the surgery. She is very friendly, efficient and extremely competent. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to express my gratitude to Dr. Lieb and his staff.

Dr. Lieb went above and beyond my expectations which are high to begin with. Earlier this year he performed a very successful Laser Vein Ablation on my leg, and this was the first time I was ever knocked out for a procedure of any kind. He made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. Just a few weeks ago I went back to Dr. Lieb to have sclerotherapy and again he exceeded my expectation by successfully shrinking a vein in my thigh that I had asked him about and did not know if he could get. Dr. Lieb was able to explain everything clearly so even a non-medical professional like myself could understand and I would highly recommend him for any of your vascular needs.
