Highly recommend!! Dr. Lee is extremely professional, personable, punctual, and takes his time carefully listening to his patient's concern - asking a lot of questions in an effort to effectively deliver the best possible results.

If you want a very very conservative surgery, in which you spend a lot of money and don't look any different, then he would be perfect for you. I suggest you ask a LOT of questions and be very clear what you expect your end result to be.

Poor experience. I was scheduled for a procedure, with everything which that entails: Scheduling a televisit, traveling from out-of-town for in-office appt, managing to get time-off approved from work for post-op recovery, selecting a hotel, and making a down payment to hold the surgery date. I emailed a question to better understand one aspect of Dr. Lee’s approach. I was stunned by his response. He emailed me back, not with an answer to my question, but to inform me that my surgery had been cancelled. Wow! As a healthcare professional myself, having taken thousands of questions from doctors, mid-level practitioners, and patients, I consider it my duty to never judge a question as unnecessary, or beneath me. It is a guiding principle. Dr. Lee was right when he concluded his email by stating that he was not the right surgeon for me. The office subsequently returned my down payment. I have since found a far more experienced surgeon, one who welcomes all questions.

Dr. Lee is a caring, consummate professional. Being from LA, I have to admit that having had access to Beverly Hills plastic surgeons and having seen their work on people, I wasn't sure if anyone could compare. Well, they have nothing on Dr. Lee. In fact, I believe I got a better result than much of the "work" I have seen on the west coast, because of his ethic, talent and total lack of atriface. He truly cares that you get the best most natural results. I am so happy I did my research and found him. And his staff is well chosen. They make the whole process much easier.

My husband is a Plastic Surgeon and we chose Dr. Lee! Fantastic outcome, talented surgeon and UT Southwestern is a wonderful facility. Listen to him when he insists you stay 2 nights - I believe it truly enhanced my quick recovery!

Dr. Lee and his team were wonderful. They are very professional and provided excellent customer service. From my first visit, I felt I would be in great hands and that he was the surgeon for me. He is double board certified and is well known as a meticulously talented (artist) surgeon and had excellent reviews. That gave me such confidence in his skill and expertise!! Especially in facial work. He is very accessible both before and after surgery as are the rest of the medical team, and still is to this day. I couldn't be happier with my natural looking results! I have gotten so many compliments, saying I look rested and energetic! The change was subtle enough that you can’t automatically tell that I had a facelift. It’s been a delight to turn back time. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee. You are worth it. You won’t be disappointed in the results!!

From the warm welcome as soon as I entered to the zero wait time and of course the staff - I love coming into the office! ! As a person who is terrified of being under the knife, I was guided through every step with care and detailed explanations. I have to add that I have always been immediately seen and scheduled for all my needs- Dr. Michael Lee truly wants his patients to look and feel their best even if that means going out of his way to make it happen and doing hour long consultations and post -ops! I couldn't be more happy with my results.

Dr. Lee performed a facelift, neck lift, upper eye, facial fat grafting and later, liposuction. Dr. Lee is meticulous, professional and truly spends the time with the patient to discuss and explain the procedures and address any questions. He also has a very professional, efficient and friendly team. I am very pleased with my results. Dr. Lee specializes in providing natural looking results.

Dr. Lee is AMAZING and everyone that you meet in the process is professional and caring in every way. Dr. Lee is a compassionate perfectionist which is exactly what you want in a plastic surgeon. He takes the time to explain every step of the process and make to sure everyone is on the same page as far a results. My breast lift and exchange of implants turned out amazing but I did have complications, these were not the results of anything Dr. Lee did more to do with my implants were 21 years old and waiting too long to have revision. Both Dr. Lee and his staff were there for me every step of the way! They not only treated my complications but my spirt, mentally it’s is hard to deal with your fears in a time like this. I would not hesitate recommending Dr . Lee and his team. Did I say my breast look AMAZING! A huge thank you to Dr. Lee and his staff.
