This office is disorganized, rude and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance. I was given a specific date/time and sent and intake form. The day before my session, I asked about the Zoom link. I was told I didn't have an appointment. Save your time and do not schedule with this doctor. It's not worth your time. You won't be treated with respect.

Dr Lara messed up my prescription and his wife/front office tried to force me to setup more appointments to correct it. She continuously harassed me over an appointment I had to cancel because of work -- and despite saying that "it was ok they'd give me a pass this one time" -- they double charged me for the appointment and I never even got the correct prescription. Avoid this shady office.
