First time visit, needed a podiatrist as mine retired. I need help with calluses and nail trimming, also have a bunion on small toe. Trimmed callous on bunion and was told to stop as it cause pain! Trimmed nails and caused pain! I was told I have to pay out of pocket for callous a nail trimming, as that’s not what they do. Was rushed and seemed irritated. Not going back.

I have been a patient of Dr LaCivita for many years now. I receive the finest care from him that a person can get. Not only is he a remarkable doctor, he is also a terrific human being and generally cares about the well-being of his patients. His staff is also top-notch, friendly and professional. I have left reviews for BMG podiatry before, but wanted to leave an update to say that they represent the absolute gold standard in patient care. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and I'm very grateful to be one of his patients.

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Lacivita to anyone. He takes the time to explain everything. The office personnel are always very friendly and helpful.

Easy to talk to and he listens

as always, very professional. Could you check in take you into a room right away not a lot of weight he comes in. Has a nice conversation with you while he’s working on my feet overall very very pleased with the doctor.

VG, got checked into room before scheduled time, was done with Dr within 20 minutes. Did different test and explained them all, very friendly, treated me extremely well. No complaints at all

I went to the doctor for the early onset of hammertoe. I was greeted by a caring receptionist and waited just a few minutes to be seen. Every staff member was kind, with even a trainee offering to hold my coat while I was weighed. The doctor came in after a short but complete intake from the nurse. Dr LaCivita explained everything in detail and my options. I was given a catalogue with a corrective cushion to try for my toe. This helped immensely but I did schedule a flexor tendinopathy to hopefully stop the progression of the hammertoe. The day of the surgery he asked how the cushion worked and I gave him my positive results. We both decided to wait. He assured me that “if conservative measures work, I will not do an unnecessary procedure “. I was so surprised and relieved with our decision. I have been running for years and I was quite concerned about the procedure on my future goals. He is my podiatrist for life! Thank you, Dr. LaCivita and staff!

Excellent doctor, very thorough in his work, sensitive to his Patient’s needs, and he listens. I have been under his care for over 10 years. Just had foot surgery done on December 4, 2024 and the healing process is going well. His staff is also good, organize and professional.

Dr. LaCivita was excellent. The minor surgery was painless and he informed me of what he was going every step of the way.

It was not a good experience for me. The doctor explained things to me and I began crying. I knew that I wasn't going to get the help that I was looking for. He did not take the time to listen to me and I felt pushed to answer questions that took time to answer. I felt unimportant to him. I am a wife, mother, grandmother, and a retired nurse from the country. I wanted help with my feet to get my quality of my life back. Maybe I expected to much. This was my first visit. I believe that my anxiety level was high. I clam up when pushed. So it's partially me own fault.

After my former podiatrist retired, I am so glad I chose Dr. LaCivita. I experienced little wait time, efficient and pleasant staff. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful in treatment of my recurring plantar fasciitis. He was friendly, caring and listened providing opportunity to answer any questions.
