I had my first colonoscopy done by Dr. Krachman and he was very reassuring, knowledgable and answered any concerns I had. I would recommend him and the staff who was very pleasant.

My husband had a lactose test done a month ago, also a fructose test. He is very ill, we cannot get anyone to call us back with the results of these tests. The secretaries I speak with are so rude, they tell me they run 6 offices and they have many patients. I even made an appointment to discuss the results, 2 day prior to the appt., the office cancelled stating the dr. would just call him, he didn't. I am so frustrated, no one cares, or ever calls back.

My husband and I both had colonoscopy's done, Dr. Krachman was prompt, very knowledgable and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend him and his staff, they were all very helpful!
