Not recommended
It was not so good experience with Dr. Michael. We went 2 times to see him for my ear infection. On first visit, he did a simple check of my throat, ear and gave me antibiotic to treat my ear infection. On a follow up appointment, I informed about numbness of my ears, he said since we haven’t mentioned about it on first visit, he can’t do anything and simply asked me to have hearing test. This is really a pathetic experience with him and now I am in a deep ear pressure, numbness, dizziness and don’t know what to do. I have to go to an urgent care and having some medication now. Hence not recommended to see him again in future..

We had an incredibly frustrating experience with ENT of Georgia. After an incredibly simple appointment where no procedures were performed, we received a bill for over $600, including an office visit and a procedure. I called the number on the bill to question the double charge and learned the billing company is a 3rd party. They couldn't answer any questions (which made sense, though they also couldn't put me in touch with anyone who could offer an explanation). I then directly called the office location, explained the situation, and was told they would get back to me. For the next 6 MONTHS, I repeatedly called to follow up, nobody could ever offer any kind of explanation or ability to fix the bill. Finally, after probably 15 calls to this office with no resolution, I was put in touch with someone senior enough to give me answers. I received what I believe to be a ridiculous explanation. We were charged a first time visit fee because of patient intake forms and a physical exam of the

Dr Koriwchak performed my thyroidectomy about 1.5 weeks ago He answered all my questions and was cautious to learn the history of my condition. He has been very thorough from pre op through follow up. My scar is healing well and is already quite minimal. This is a second but different surgery that Dr K has performed for me, the other being turbinate reduction about 10 years ago. I highly recommend and trust this surgeon.

He is the most arrogant surgeon Inhave ever come in contact with. The scar is terrible despite his insistence that he was better than any plastic surgeon, and my vocal cords have to recover to their preop condition. I would definitely not recommend him to anyone that I cared about.

My biopsy results came back as suspicious and Dr Koriwchak recommended to have my thyroid removed. He promised that my scar will be invisible and I Will not be able to see it 3 months after surgery. It has been over 4 months now and my scar looks terrible. I have raised scar tissue and it's red!!! He never mentioned to me that I need to use silicone gel or ointment on the scar to help it heal well ( I have asked that question couple times) . I have to do another surgery ( scar revision) :(((

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Koriwchak to perform my recent parathyroid surgery. I cannot imagine a more qualified head and neck surgeon than Dr. K. Not only did he successfully remove the parathyroid adenoma, my recovery time was minimal and unless you knew I had had the procedure, you would not be able to tell I had ever had it from the amazing job he did with only a minimal incision and basically zero scarring after only a week and a half. Terrific bedside manner. Great doc!!
