Dr. Kemper very professional and really cares
I had a urethral structure in the prostate, Dr.Kemper was the emergency urologist that treated me and inserted a foley catheter. Very understanding of my distress in not being able to urinate, he succeeded when other medical personal were unable to insert the catheter. Would highly recommend, I have had one other appointment with him to go over the surgical correction that I going to have. AS

Aside from the nightmare that was Ga Urology's administration, Dr Kemper seemed rushed and showed little interest in doing anything with care from the pre-procedure evaluation through the procedure itself. During a miscommunicated (thanks to their admins) post-op appointment, he retreated around a corner and basically had his nurse relay (while I could still hear him) that I was only to drop-off a specimen and didn't require an appointment instead of speaking with me in person. Later, I'm told that he doesn't test specimens anymore and that patients should purchase a mail order specimen test kit themselves for $140
