Dr. Keefe knows his stuff. Is patient, explains everything in a way you can easily understand - even draws pictures to show you how the body works. I never feel rushed or stupid - even when I have a million questions. I’d definitely recommend him to others.

Over the years, I have consulted with Dr. Keefe some three times. The first two times were regarding a low platelet count. The third time was either regarding a blood clot following joint replacement or choosing medication as I had been diagnosed with afib. Dr. Keefe has excellent beside manner. He is kind, patient, offers thorough explanations, and his prognoses have been accurate . . . so far. Back when I first saw him, I was sort of blood phobic; as he described how the body produces platelets and how platelets work I found myself becoming a bit light-headed. But I continued listening because his descriptions were so clear and helpful. I found Dr. Keefe's staff very helpful too. We are so fortunate to have Dr. Keefe!

I would highly recommend Dr. Keefe. He always has time to listen and answers all questions thoroughly. He also makes sure to include the patient in all decisions, giving all of the options for treatment so the patient can consider them.
