Lack of transparency or follow through
The doctor is below average in temperament, communication and effort. Yet somehow the front staff is even worse. Every step of the way took far longer than it should have. The front staff does NOT follow up in a timely manner. I had to call them to get any movement on my situation. The results of a CT scan which I was told by the x-ray tech should take no longer than 4 days, took 3 weeks! In addition to a lack of follow through, the staff was rude. Always making excuses for why they hadn't gotten back to me yet. Then the final issue is that instead of charging me the $15 co-pay in the office. I received a bill 3 months later. When I called to pay the bill I was told their 'system isn't set up to take payment over the phone'. Now I must take time off of work to drive across town to pay a $15 bill. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would not recommend this doctor. I saw him once and based on his demeanor and what he said, decided to not return or allow him to perform surgery on my eyes. Unfortunately, my husband was referred to him and performed surgery. I am appalled by the results. If you need plastic surgery on your eyes, I recommend finding a Board Certified plastic surgeon known for their artistry.

The staff is terrible. They are rude in person - and when you call. You have to wait weeks for a call back on the most basic of questions --- and they make you feel like they're doing YOU a favor. I'm sorry, but I'm spending THOUSANDS of dollars - and I *chose* this provider, so where does the staff get off treating people so disrespectfully? Disgusted.

I feel confident about the doctor, however, the staff leaves much to be desired, in my opinion. They consistently did not follow through on requests to provide needed information to schedule surgery. I have currently been waiting over three months to schedule a procedure recommended by my eye doctor. Because of this I am considering using another doctor for the procedure.
